RAW APPLE SAUCE WITH CINNAMON -SERVED WITH CELERY & DATES (Early Spring FEB 3-18)
Ingredients:
2 large apples, cored & chopped
(Liver Qi movement, mild detox)
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
(warms digestion, supports Spleen)
1–2 tbsp water (for blending)
FOR DIPPING
8 celery stalks, cut into sticks
(clears heat, hydrates)
4–6 Medjool dates, pitted
(nourishes Blood & Spleen Qi)
Instructions:
Blend apples, cinnamon, and water until smooth.
